Discount Tire

Usually you have to choose two: good, fast, and cheap. In Discount Tire's case, any location, if you replace the word "cheap" with "good value" you get all three. For example, the same tire at Walmart might seem to be a deal but you will pay with your time and the level of expertise and service both during and after installation. Good luck out there

My tire was 'screwed'. Discount tores has never failed me. Meets me with a smile and matches my humor. With that said, their focus is on professional and safe practices. They dont kid around when it comes to my safety. They give it to me straight! Just like my alignment should be, straight. I highly recommend warranty on all tires, it helps when your tire gets 'screwed'. Thank you to the team at Discount Tires.

I pulled in 1 minute before they closed and Johnathan the assistant manager jumped right on my issue. Swapped the spare with the one on the Tahoe & checked all the PSI making sure id be safe on the road. I made a poor choice by choosing an off brand tire shop Day before and had a blow out on the highway less than 10 min after leaving said second rate shop. Discount tire is and will always be my tire choice..thanks Johnny.

Great experience at Discount Tire. The check-in line was a little long at first, probably because it was peak time, but everything after that was quick and smooth. I received a confirmation call and text reminders before my appointment, and there was even a personalized welcome sign outside showing me where to park. Staff checked in during the tire replacement to make sure everything was going well. From walking in the door to leaving, replacing all four tires only took about 45 minutes. As my first time replacing tires, the experience was excellent.

Don’t worry about making a reservation, they’ll just let walk ins cut the line and make you wait 3 hours. After 2 trips back to check on the tires I was finally able to pick them up. Soon as I went to install the tire, the wheel weights started to fall off. Last 3 visits to Discount tire have been sub par. Management needs to hire more help if it takes 3 hours past the reservation time for a 10 minute job.
